Watch a new mini-documentary on DJ Flight’s 25 years in drum & bass

DJ Flight has been a part of the drum & bass scene for over 25 years, starting in the early ’90s, listening to pirate radio, before becoming an integral part of the scene.

She was recently given the Outstanding Contribution accolade at our Best of British awards for her work uplifting and contributing to the drum & bass community. Here, Flight speaks about Metalheadz, her radio shows including BBC Radio 1Xtra, working as part of the Prison Radio Association (PRA), and supporting women and non-binary artists via the EQ50 project.

Watch the full mini documentary above. You can also listen to DJ Flight’s On Cue mix from 2019 here.
