[UNVRS] Ibiza releases short film ahead of opening next week: Watch

[UNVRS] Ibiza has released a short film ahead of the club’s official opening next week.

The two-minute cinematic teaser takes in brief shots from the club, as well as settings in Rio de Janeiro, Tokyo and other cities. It’s focus is on the importance of places to experience music together, and the connections that can be forged as a result.

In a statement about the film, [UNVRS] Ibiza said: “This is a story about connection. Between people, places and energies that can’t be explained. This is a call to remember what it means to be fully human. Together, in the chaos, in the night, in the now. Connected to something greater. Aligned with each other. Welcome to the Universe.”

[UNVRS] Ibiza’s opening party is set for Friday, 30th May, and will feature sets from Carista, Joseph Capriati, The Martinez Brothers and Michael Bibi, among others. Carl Cox, David Guetta, Anyma and Jamie Jones, are among the DJs who will host residencies at the venue over the course of this summer, as well as a one-off hard techno event with Sara Landry.

Earlier this month, the club shared new images and details ahead of its inaugural summer season.
