Groove Armada announce final full UK tour

Groove Armada have announced they will embark on a final full UK tour this year, with a mammoth 25th Anniversary box set release also set to land later in 2022.

The renowned dance act will begin the dates at Glasgow’s Barrowland on 5th April, before hitting Leeds O2 Academy (7/4), Birmingham O2 Academy (8/4), Manchester Victoria Warehouse (9/4), Bristol Motion (10/4), Bournemouth O2 (14/4), and Cardiff University Great Hall (15/4). Two London shows will bring the tour to a close at Brixton O2 Academy (16 and 17/4).

An impressive list of guests and support acts have been confirmed, including Ewan McVicar, PBR Streetgang, Andy Baxter, Luke Una, Ishmael Ensemble, Warm DJs, Arielle Free, Hot Blood and Normal Jay MBE.

Groove Armada — AKA Andy Cato and Tom Findlay — will also release a 25th anniversary package later this year, featuring brand new music alongside remixes of their work, which stretches back to 1997, when singles like ‘4 Tune Cookie’ and ‘At The River’ marked the beginning of an act that have so far dropped eight studio albums, starting with 1999’s critically acclaimed debut, ‘Northern Star’.
