Fatboy Slim celebrates 40 years in music with illustrated book, It Ain’t Over ’til the Fatboy Sings
Fatboy Slim is to mark 40 years since his first releases with the publishing of a new book, titled It Aint’ Over ’til The Fatboy Sings.
Set to be published later this year, the 300+-page illustrated book collects photos, flyers, original artwork and various rave stories from across Norman Cook’s career to date. It includes almost 1000 images in all.
In a statement, Cook said: “Next year, I’ll be celebrating 40 years in showbiz, and to celebrate that we thought we’d create a big book full of stuff which I’ve kept over the years of my long and chequered career… from pre-Housemartins, through Beats International, Freakpower and, of course, Fatboy Slim. You’ll see what I’ve kept and read about what it all means in one big, beautiful book.”
The book will be available to pre-order from 12th March. Find more information here.
Last year, Cook released a 20th anniversary edition of his 2004 album ‘Palookaville’ to streaming services.
