DJs share their favourite recipes in new charity cookbook

News

A number of DJs and producers have contributed recipes to a new cookbook, ‘Turn The Tables’.

Curated by Berlin-based DJ and producer Eira Haul, the idea for the book came about amid the COVID-19 pandemic with DJs having more time to spend in their kitchens during lockdown. It features recipes from 60 artists, and proceeds from the sale of the cookbook will go to Open Music Lab, a volunteer-run music school in Berlin.

Among the recipes featured in the book are an “Orange Turkey Rice Bowl” by Nathan Micay, rRoxymore’s “Spaghetti Al Limon”, a “Red Curry Squash Laksa” by Kangding Ray and Resom’s “Sauerkrautauflauf”.

The book will be available sometime this month, and can be pre-ordered here soon. It will also go on sale at selected spaces in London and Berlin in the coming weeks.
