Premiere: Kellen303 ‘Neon Breaks’

Kellen303 will release his new EP, ‘Back In The Jungle’, later this week. Listen to ‘Neon Breaks’ below.

The NYC-based artist follows up the energetic polyrhythms of 2022’s ‘entangled beings’ EP, alongside Tristan Arp, with four cuts of decisively dark and intricate bass music. Fusing freaky drum play with his trademark acrobatic low-end, Kellen303 continues to find rich, sonic inspiration in the city he’s called home for the past decade.

On ‘Neon Breaks’, the industrial wobble of former releases for SP:EC and Woozy interfuses with the mercurial sound design of more recent link-ups on London’s untitled_unknown for a sophisticated peak-time mover.

Other recent releases on Brooklyn’s Loosee imprint include Benbo & Ovid’s collaborative EP, ‘Quick Hands’, which premiered on DJ Mag earlier this year.

‘Back In The Jungle’ is out 8th December via Loosee. Pre-order the EP here, and have an exclusive first listen to ‘Neon Breaks’ below.
