Run the Jewels share new single, ‘Ooh La La’: Listen

Run the Jewels have shared a new single, ‘Ooh La La’, taken from their forthcoming album, ‘Run The Jewels 4’. 

DJ Premier, one half of legendary hip hop outfit Gang Starr, makes an appearance alongside Greg Nice of Nice & Smooth. The Gang Starr track, ‘DWYCK’, is used as a sample in the cut.

Run The Jewels, AKA Killer Mike and El-P, only recently dropped ‘Yankee and the Brave (ep.4)’, which was the first taste of the new long-player. A tour had been planned with Rage Against The Machine, including both Coachella weekends, but this has been put back due to the coronavirus pandemic.

DJ Mag included the duo’s self-titled debut record in our definitive electronic albums of the (last) decade list. The pair also featured on DJ Shadow’s recent album, ‘Our Pathetic Age’.
