Mulitple performances from Coachella’s first weekend are now available to watch online.

Coachella’s YouTube channel is being updated with dozens of live performances from the Indio desert festival’s opening days this past weekend, 11th April through the 13th. So far, fans can catch festival favourite moments from the likes of Missy Elliott, salute, DARKSIDE, Horsegiirl, Maribou State, Seun Kuti & Egypt 80 and The Prodigy, as well as Chase & Status, who brought out Stormzy for a guest appearance. 

Kneecap‘s performance of ‘HOOD’ is also featured, although the Irish rap trio are accusing the festival of censoring their pro-Palestine statement on the livestream of their 11th April set, Mixmag reports. In an X reply to an NME story about Kneecap’s broadcast halting after the band led an anti-Margaret Thatcher chant, Kneecap wrote: “Not the only thing that was cut — our messaging on the US-backed genocide in Gaza somehow never appeared on screens either. Back next Friday Coachella and it’ll be sorted”. 

The second weekend of Coachella is still to come this week, beginning Friday, 18th April through Sunday, the 20th. Check out set times and the livestreaming schedule here.
