Serato has made their DJ software Play free until the end of May. The software, which unlocks advanced features such as EQ, FX, filters, without any hardware controllers or interfaces. The software includes tutorials to get you started as well as access to TiDAL and SoundCloud streaming so if you’re new to DJing you don’t need to source lots of music first, and can experiment with the TiDAL’s curated playlists and any of your own SoundCloud PRO lists. 

Expansions like Flip, Pitch’n’Time DJ, VIdeo and FX are all accessible with the free version of Play. The software will return to its normal price of $29 once the month of May is over.
