Rezz announces new album, ‘As The Pendulum Swings’, shares ‘Prophecy’: Listen

Rezz has announced a new album, ‘As The Pendulum Swings’, alongside the release of its lead single ‘Prophecy’.

‘As The Pendulum Swings’ will be the Canadian DJ and producer’s third concept release, following the goth-themed ‘It’s Not A Phase’ EP and last year’s heavy bass collection, ‘Can You See Me?’. The focal point of ‘As The Pendulum Swings’ will be dark, moody techno and French electro.

Speaking about the lead track, Rezz said: “‘Prophecy’ is the intro track to my album and best describes the direction that I am going and will continue to go. This track pulls from my greatest influences – alongside my own signature sounds – and puts it all into one place. Really proud of how this turned out. I feel that this showcases a matured version of my music while still keeping a core vibe that will feel familiar to my audience.”

‘Prophecy’ is out now on her own HypnoVizion Records. ‘As The Pendulum Swings’ is due to be released on 12th September, also on HypnoVizion.

Rezz will embark on her summer tour, beginning with Rampage Open Air in Belgium on 6th and July and culminating with Rezz Rocks VII on 18th and 19th October at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado.
