Premiere: Bloody Mary ‘Fractal Waves’
Bloody Mary is set to celebrate 15 years of her Dame-Music label with a three-part vinyl series, kicking off later this week. Have an exclusive first listen to Bloody Mary’s contribution ‘Fractal Waves’ below.
On the first volume, landing this Friday (28th March), the Berlin-based DJ, producer, and label boss welcomes back Thomas P. Heckmann, E-Bony, and Hardfloor to the imprint for a series of face-melting acid workouts. Bloody Mary herself also returns to wax to celebrate the occasion, delivering blistering grooves, 303 beats and crunchy breaks on the excellent ‘Fractal Waves’ – premiering below.
Speaking on the 15-year milestone, Bloody Mary shared: “It’s been an amazing journey since 2010 – big thanks to all the wonderful artists we’ve had the pleasure to release music from, to the people who’ve worked behind the scenes at the label, and above all, to all you guys who’ve supported the music over all these years! You help us keep the dream alive. Thank you!”
Since the release of its 10th anniversary compilation in September 2020, the Dame-Music label has continued to expand its global community of experimental acid, house and techno artists. The latest vinyl-only series follows a string of notable ventures on the imprint in recent years, including E-bony’s ‘Machine Code’ EP, Bloody Mary’s ‘Alternate States Of Reality’, and the second volume of Fear-E’s ‘Lysergic Patterns From The Silver Box’.
‘15 Years Of Dame-Music Vol. 1’ is set for release on 28th March 2025. Pre-order the volume here, and have an exclusive first listen to Bloody Mary’s ‘Fractal Waves’ below.
Stay tuned for the second and third instalments in coming months.
