PlayPlay releases new EP, ‘Maneuvers’, on Sorry Records: Listen

NYC-via-NC producer PlayPlay has released a new EP, ‘Maneuvers’,  via Sorry Records. Check it out below.

The EP comprises three springy, two-step-inspired club tracks as well as remixes from Farsight, An Avrin, Drummy, and DJ Jaymie Silk.

“This EP speaks to the journey of learning how to maneuver emotions while staying true to oneself, staying rooted amidst chaotic emotions and yet embracing emotions as a catalyst for creative inspiration,” they said. “Using emotions strategically without being swallowed up by them. I created Maneuvers while channeling strong emotions into something creative and club-ready.”

‘Maneuvers’ is the US producer and music scholar’s second record for Sorry Records, following last year’s collaborative release under the PowerPlay alias with C Powers featuring remixes from Bored Lord and Escaflowne.

Last year, Sorry Records put out the ‘Bird In Space’ EP by Olive T, whose DJ Mag Fresh Kicks mix and interview you can check out here.
