Pioneer DJ has announced a new mixer, the DJM-S11. The new mixer, aimed at turntablists and scratch DJs, features two channels and can control four decks, with a 4.3-inch customisable touchscreen, where you can view the waveforms, browse for tracks and add and adjust FX. The new Magvel Fader Pro has “boosted its vertical rigidity by 30 percent” and the eight coloured performance pads per channel have also been improved for Hot Cues, Rolls, Saved Loops, Sampler and more.

At the front of the unit, there are controls for the crossfader curve and torque, as well as microphone EQ settings and headphone port. Both channels feature FX levers as well as three-band EQs and dual-pass filters. The DJM-S11 is compatible with both Serato and rekordbox and costs £1,899. Watch the video below for more info.
