A new outdoor club will open in London this summer.

Ernie’s Yard, a 12,000 sq ft event space in east London, from the team behind Tottenham’s The Cause, is set to open its doors in Canning Town later this year.

Next door to New Docklands Steam Baths and set against the industrial backdrop of Docklands itself, Ernie’s Yard is on the site of a former scrap yard, and will host all-day parties from the 25th June this year.

The two event spaces will feature sheet roofing, to cater for all weather conditions, as well as multiple bars and a food court.

It’s the second venue to make use of Canning Town’s industrial complex in recent years, after late night institute FOLD opened its doors in 2018.

Earlier this month, The Cause announced plans for a two-day reopening party in June.
