A new listening bar, System, has opened within a North London butchers.

Based on Newington Green Road, within the building that houses the butchers Stella’s, the new bar will host a nightly rotation of DJs on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Among the DJs are a number of London-based selectors, such as Mr Redley and Jake Miller. They will play on a full Tannoy sound system, which dates back to 1976.

System joins a number of other London-based listening bars, such as Brilliant Corners, Spiritland and the recently opened venture Jumbi, a project from Bradley Zero and Nathanael Williams, which is based in Peckham.
