Jamz Supernova’s Future Bounce announces Barbican takeover

Jamz Supernova is hosting a Future Bounce takeover at the London Barbican.

The London-based presenter, DJ and label founder has curated a lineup highlighting global and UK bass talent on Friday, 9th August at the Barbican foyer’s ClubStage.

Príncipe affiliate Nídia is set to headline alongside Yaw Evans, Kiss Nuka, Toya Delazy and the Future Bounce head and former DJ Mag cover star herself. The party starts at 11 PM and runs till 3 AM.

“When asked to curate a party for the Barbican, I wanted the lineup to be bold and sit at the intersection of artistic expression and electronic music,” Jamz Supernova wrote on Instagram. “Each of these acts’ live performance is art in and of itself.”

Future Bounce’s latest release was a collaborative album by Jumping Back Slash and BŪJIN called ‘A Seat In Heaven‘ in November last year. The ‘Future Bounce Club Series: Vol 2’ was named one of DJ Mag’s favourite compilations of 2023.

This July, the Barbican will host an “orchestral celebration of bass music” to celebrate UKF’s 15th anniversary.
