Gilles Peterson & Brownswood Music announce Future Bubblers for 2021

News

Gilles Peterson and Brownswood Music have revealed this year’s Future Bubblers.

With a focus on Wolverhampton, Gilles Peterson and his London-based label have announced the 2021 class of talent set to take part in Peterson’s talent discovery and artist development scheme.

Among the artists confirmed as Bubblers this year are new wave R&B artist Victoria Jane, electronic producer Nowsm, cross-genre band Zenel and Norwich-based Tadi The Great.

Each year, Future Bubblers get paired with an industry mentor who is tailored to their individual needs and receive one-to-one production workshops from Ableton, performances at live Future Bubblers showcases, live session recording from the Brownswood basement, press shots and long-term support beyond in their career. Previous Future Bubblers include Yazmin Lacey, Snowy, Skinny Pelembe and Kayla Painter.

You can see the full list of artists and their mentors below, and check out last week’s Future Bubblers presents Year 6 Bubblers show on Worldwide FM.
