Ewan McVicar releases new EP, 'Movin' On Over', on Optimo Music Digital Danceforce: Listen

Ewan McVicar has dropped a new EP, ‘Movin’ On Over’, on Optimo Music Digital Danceforce. 

The winner of DJ Mag’s Best of British Awards 2021 Best Track (‘Tell Me Something Good’), McVicar’s latest outing pays homage to Glasgow’s world famous club and electronic music scene, specifically Sub Club, and the legendary Optimo (Espacio) parties. 

The title track, meanwhile, takes the references back even further, to Ron Hardy’s tenure at seminal Chicago club Muzic Box, one of the first strongholds of house music in the world. Also included in the package is ‘Slowing Up The Freak’, along with a remix by IKONIKA, and ‘Which Way To Go’. 

In November, McVicor dropped his ‘Rough Cut’ remix of Big Mix and Georgia Cecile’s ‘A Dream’.
