Denon DJ add personal Dropbox streaming to PRIME range

Denon DJ add personal Dropbox streaming to PRIME range

News

Denon DJ has added new features to their PRIME range via an update to Engine OS. With v1.6, you can now use your own personal Dropbox folder as a media source on their PRIME devices, or any unit that supports Engine OS. They’ve also added the open-format streaming service Beatsource LINK as well as flexible beat grids for tracks with multiple BPMs.

Beatsource joins TiDAL, Beatport and SoundCloud streaming services that are already available on Engine OS, the operating service that runs across Denon DJ products. Dropbox is implemented through Denon DJ’s rekordbox equivalent Engine Prime where you can populate your crates that are then available through the players.

Watch the video below for more on how it works. Download the Engine OS v1.6 beta here.
