DaMetalMessiah platform announces full Jazz Café residency line-up

The DaMetalMessiah platform has revealed the full line-up for its Jazz Café residency.

The four-part live series from the UK underground archive will explore the history of grime, garage, dubstep and jungle, launching on Friday 2nd May with The Evolution of Grime. That event features Grandmixxer with Novelist on mic duties, and Mak10 b2b Chamber45 with Manga Saint Hilare, alongside sets from and Toura b2b Nio-B.

The following Friday (9th May), UK garage veteran Wookie will lead the way, alongside G33 and Dria, and a special guest appearance that is yet to be announced.

The History of Dubstep event on Friday 16th May will toast 30 years of Tectonic with sets from Sicaria and Pinch, while Horsepower Productions and DJ Chef are among the other names lined up.

Rounding things out on Friday 23rd May, The Roots of Jungle event promises to be “a high-energy tribute” to the genre, with appearances from Fabio & Grooverider alongside Mantra, 4 Hero (Tom & Jerry Set), Ital Power, and Blackeye MC.
