Basement Jaxx announce first live shows in over 10 years

Basement Jaxx have announced their first live shows in over 10 years

The UK duo comprising Felix Buxton and Simon Ratcliffe will make a return to the stage next year with a slew of 2025 headline festival appearances.

The tour will kick off on 21st June at Scarborough Open Air Theatre and take in dates at Dreamland Margate (26th July), Camp Bestival (2nd August), and Cardiff’s Bute Park (24th August), among other shows. Check out the full run of dates below.

“After a few years DJing round the globe, it’ll be great to return to the live stage and the Live Show Experience,” said Buxton in a press release. “To connect to people with life-affirming energy and give people a great time.”

“It’s great our hits are still very much alive with younger generations, so we connect across the age range – and it’ll be great to pop in a couple of bangers from our forthcoming album too,” he said, describing 2025 as a “new era” for Basement Jaxx.

Pre-sale opens on Wednesday 20th November at 10AM. Find out info from the Ticketmaster site.

Earlier this year, Basement Jaxx dropped a collection of acapellas from their back catalogue on XL Recordings.

In 2023, the duo teamed up with 100 Gecs to release their viral remix of ‘Where’s Your Head At’.
