Anz has dropped a new music video.

Following the release of her ‘All Hours’ EP via Ninja Tune in October, the Manchester-based DJ/producer has shared new visuals for EP track ‘You Could Be’, which features George Riley.

The nostalgic, animated visuals take a walk through the life of technicolour Anz, featuring cameos from the fan included in her last Spring/Summer Dubs 2021 mixtape drop, a Motorola RZR, her cover feature with CRACK magazine, and plenty of strobe lights, disco balls and dancefloors. The video is co-directed by Anz and Lawie Miller, with illustrations by Natalia Agatte.

Speaking about the vide, Anz said: “There are lots of easter egg details for pals who know me and people who’ve been following my music for a while – I really love world building.”

“Anz’s 4 characters seamlessly traverse through the dream-like ‘fabricated’ world, displaying the fluidity of each and every day,” Miller added. “With fun transitions and playful scenes, we move with Anz through this space to construct a fantastical day. This cycle is revealed at the end showing all scenes in circular form, as if the characters have been travelling around the circle in a loop, and will continue to again and again”.

Speaking about the EP, Anz previously said “‘All Hours’ was built to be a soundtrack for 24 hours, from sunrise to the next. Dance music for people who are up all hours – through the day to the club and onwards, each track leaves traces in the one that follows.”

Earlier this year, Anz launched her own label OTMI — short for “Otras Mitades”, the Spanish for “other halves” — with ‘OTMI001’.
