Watch the trailer for new Cypress Hill documentary, 'Insane In The Brain'

A trailer has been unveiled for an upcoming documentary about Cypress Hill.

The film, called ‘Cypress Hill: Insane In The Brain’, will explore the group’s work and legacy within hip hop, and will be unveiled in full on 20th April. It was previously announced last year with the working title ‘Hits From The Bong’.

The film, directed by US-Mexican photographer and music video director Estevan Oriol, features rare archival footage of the group, originally comprised of members B-Real, Sen Dog, Eric Bobo and DJ Muggs. It charts their career all the way from early gigs to performing in front of many thousands of people.

The film, for which you can watch the trailer below, arrives as part of Cypress Hill’s 30th anniversary celebrations, which has also included a series of reissues and remixes of their classic work.

Last month, the group released their 10th studio album, ‘Back In Black’.
