Tomorrowland’s Mainstage has been recreated in VR. You can watch a video of the metaverse version of the stage below.

VR developer Jake Donaldson was inspired by his experience at the Belgian festival’s recent 2022 edition, his first time at Tomorrowland. The Australian designer set out to rebuild the premier “Reflection of Love” stage in VR using the Horizon Worlds app developed by Meta, formerly known as Facebook.

Next up, Donaldson is looking to put on VR gigs at his Tomorrowland stage and is seeking willing DJs for future metaverse line-ups.

Explore the Mainstage on MetaQuest here, and check out a preview clip below. You can also revisit sets by ANNA, Paul Kalkbrenner, Jennifer Cardini and more from Tomorrowland 2022 here.

The event, which took place across three weekends from the 15th until 17th July, 22nd until 24th and 29th until 31st July, featured over 800 artists, with a majority of the headline sets broadcast by Tomorrowland’s One World TV & One World Radio.
