Drake joins Black Coffee on stage at Hï Ibiza: Watch

US trap superstar Drake surprised the crowd at Hï Ibiza on Saturday night, 16th July, by making an unannounced appearance on stage during Black Coffee’s weekly set.

Black Coffee, who holds a residency at the venue through to October, dropped the Drake cut ‘Massive’ during his stint in the booth this weekend, at which point the man responsible for the original recording appeared and quickly started partying alongside the DJ. The track is taken from Drake’s latest album, ‘Honestly, Nevermind’, which landed last month.

The pair have been collaborators since 2017, when Black Coffee featured on Drake’s track, ‘Get It Together’, which was included on the ‘More Life’ album. More recently, the latter’s seventh studio LP, released in June, also enlisted the services of the South African house DJ, who co-produced the songs ‘Currents’ and ‘Overdrive’, and played drums. Keinemusik’s Ramp and &Me are also credited on the record, as is Guatemalan-American artist, Gordo.
