x/o announces debut album, 'Chaos Butterfly', on Precious Metals

x/o has shared details of their debut album, ‘Chaos Butterfly’, which will be released through Endgame’s Precious Metals label.

Set for release on 4th April, the album is described in a press release as a “tale of catharsis and self-actualisation explored through metamorphosis”. It’s said to expand on the themes covered on x/o’s debut EP, 2017’s ‘Cocoon Egg’.

The album, the press release adds, follows “a loose narrative about an anti-hero navigating trauma through whirlwinds of grief and anger”.

You can watch the video for new cut ‘Chrysalis Wrath’ below, which is the first “episode” in a series of animated visuals coming from x/o and artist NicoSaba. Pre-order ‘Chaos Butterfly’ here.

Endgame launched Precious Metals, the label that will release ‘Chaos Butterfly’, in 2020.
