Wu-Tang Clan’s GZA reschedules ‘Liquid Swords’ 25th anniversary tour for 2021

News

Wu-Tang Clan’s GZA has announced the rescheduled dates for his postponed ‘Liquid Swords’ UK tour.

The legendary MC was originally set to tour the UK this year to celebrate the 25th anniversary of his landmark debut solo album ‘Liquid Swords’. However, the tour was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic, but has now been rescheduled for February/March 2021, with GZA now set to play seven dates around the UK.

Kicking off in Brighton on 25th February, the tour will take Wu-Tang Clan’s “spiritual head” to venues in London, Newcastle, Sheffield, and beyond. See the full list of dates below.

Tickets for the original tour are still valid while general tickets are available now.

During the coronavirus pandemic, Wu-Tang Clan shared a printed guide about how to “Protect Ya Neck against the Coronavirus” as well as releasing their own brand of hand sanitiser, “Protect ya hands”. The product was part of “A Better Tomorrow”, a new collection from the legendary hip-hop group raising funds for several Ottawa-based charities: the Ottawa Food Bank, Ottawa Mission and the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario.

Last month, it was revealed that Wu-Tang Clan’s Method Man and Mobb Deep’s Havoc are releasing an album together.

27th Feh Bristol, SWX
