We Out Here festival announces first names for 2022 edition

We Out Here, the UK festival curated and organised by Worldwide FM tastemaker Gilles Peterson, has confirmed the first names set to play at the event’s 2022 edition, which will be its third instalment and runs from 25th to 28th August at Abbots Ripton, Cambridgeshire. 

In total, 80 artists have been announced in the first run of bookings, with some huge sells involved. Ben UFO, Pearson Sound, Pangaea and guests celebrate 15 Years of Hessle Audio. BADBADNOTGOOD will perform live, as will Detroit techno originators Underground Resistance. Check out the flyer with the full line-up so far below. 

Other highlights on the bill include Napoli’s Nu Genea with full live band, Brazilian jazz-funk-ists Azymuth, Kaidi Tatham, Overmono, Rebecca Vasmant Ensemble, Doom Cannon, The Comet Is Coming, Goldie, Ahadadream, Charlie Bones, Dam Swindle, Louie Vega, Jossy Mitsu, Parris, Tim Reaper, and Yung Singh. 

In addition to its musical programme, We Out Here is promising a rage of wellness, family, and cultural offerings. These include an independent record fair, wild swimming opportunities, and a roller disco.
