Far Out Beach Club features in a new mini documentary about Ios.

The Children of An Endless Dream: Ios Island 1970 – 2020, which is available to watch now, is a new documentary that captures “the sociocultural identity of Ios Island, Greece through the eyes of locals & original hippies who lived during the peace, love & music revolution.”

Directed by Aris Katsigiannis and written by Telemachos Katsigiannis, the short film looks at three of the island’s fundamentals: food, hospitality and tradition, and explores how they have been remodelled, redesigned and pioneered over the past five decades.

The documentary features a number of bars and clubs including the island’s Far Out Beach Club, which hosts the likes of Artbat, Nervo, Will Sparks and Vini Vici.
