Tomorrowland releases documentary on 2022 return festival: Watch

A new documentary about Tomorrowland’s 2022 comeback edition is out now. Watch the trailer below.

‘We Are Tomorrow’ celebrates the return of the beloved Belgian festival with a special three-weekend run after facing pandemic-related cancellations in 2020 and 2021. It follows four people from around the world who were in some way involved in and personally affected by the festival: German artist Topic, Indian chef Gaggan Anand, Belgian dancer Kelly De Clercq, and Kenyan business owner and mother Vicky Tah, a festival regular whose “Tomorrowland family” fundraised after her husband’s death to give her the gift of attending the 2022 event.

Topic has contributed a new track, ‘Saving Me’, featuring vocals by Sasha Alex Sloan, for the festival and the film, serving as the score’s centrepiece. It’s a rework of his 2020 track ‘Breaking Me’.

In addition to short films, Tomorrowland is in the process of producing its own series of fantasy fiction novels based on festival lore. The novels are still in development stages.

Watch the trailer. The short film is available to stream now via YouTube and Amazon Music.
