Tomorrowland announces new two-day festival, CORE, in May
News
Tomorrowland is teaming up with fellow Belgian festival Rock Werchter to stage a brand new event, CORE.
The two-day event will launch this May, and take place at Brussels’ Osseghem Park. The festival will see the organisers of the two established festivals curated a programme that pulls in music, art and the natural surroundings of the new event’s park home.
Taking place on Friday, 27th and Saturday, 28th May, the festival’s line-up, which will be announced in the coming months and will be split across four stages, will cover various musical bases, including electronic music, hip-hop and rock.
Commenting on the brand new event, Brussels’ mayor Philippe Close said in a statement: “We are very proud that Tomorrowland and Rock Werchter, two of the most important players in the world of music, are coming to Brussels with this new concept. A total experience of music, art and nature.”
Pre-sale for tickets for the event will start on 23rd February, with the general sale following a day later. You can sign up to keep abreast of all the developments from the festival, and gain access to the ticket pre-sale, by heading to CORE’s website.
Ahead of the inaugural CORE, Tomorrowland will stage its next winter festival in the French Alps in March.
Pre-registration for Tomorrowland’s main summer event in Belgium, meanwhile, will begin on 2nd February.
