There’s a new hardware synth and music studio instrument show in London

GearFest UK is a new exhibition and demo space taking place at Tileyard in King’s Cross, London, showcasing the best of hardware synths, drum machines, and general music studio equipment. The new ‘fest’ will also feature talks and panels from the industry, as well as DJ sets once the tweaking and button pressing has ended. Brands and companies showing off their wares at GearFest will include Ableton, SSL, Novation, ADAM Audio, Korg, Neve, Focusrite, Spitfire Audio, RME, Bitwig and many more – an impressive list of some of the biggest names in music tech.

According to GearFest, everything from monitors, synths, audio interfaces, mics, mixers and headphones will be on display alongside synths, and there’ll also be a Dolby Atmos room for you to hear the emerging tech in all its glory. There’ll also be plenty of software and virtual instruments to play with, alongside the aforementioned hardware.

There’ll be a bar with food too, and live music at the end of the day. The event kicks off at 10am on Saturday, July 2nd at Tileyard, and tickets cost £10. Visit the GearFest UK website to find out more and to book your slot.
