The Roots’ Black Thought has collaborated with PUSHA-T, Killer Mike, and more on a new solo EP.

Black Thought’s ‘Streams of Thought, Vol. 3: Cane and Abel’ will be the The Roots’ frontman’s third solo release, and has been produced by JAY-Z and Mobb Deep collaborator, Sean C. 

Alongside PUSHA-T and Killer Mike, other album credits come from Portugal. The Man and ScHoolboy Q, and the LP’s first single, ‘Thought Vs. Everybody’, will be available on the 10th July.

‘Streams of Thought, Vol. 3: Cane and Abel’ is slated for release on the 31st July.

In February this year, a street in Philadelphia was named after hip-hop legends The Roots.
