Swedish House Mafia to perform at MTV VMAs next weekend

News

Swedish House Mafia will perform at the MTV VMAs next weekend.

The ceremony, hosted by Doja Cat, will air live to the world on Sunday 12th September at 8PM EST on MTV.

Dedicated to the world’s best visual music content, the stadium-filling EDM trio will play the event for the first time, performing a medley of their recent tracks ‘Lifetime’ and ‘It Gets Better’. Acts including Lil Nas X, Machine Gun Kelly, and Chlöe are also on the bill.

In July, Swedish House Mafia confirmed they were preparing to release their first new album in nine years, ‘Paradise Again’, which is set to arrive before the end of 2021. In the run up to that announcement, the group teased the world with a series of posters in iconic locations across the globe.
