Skrillex shares new video for ‘Butterflies’ with Four Tet and Starrah: Watch

Skrillex has shared new video for ‘Butterflies’.

Following the release of his first new single since 2019, ‘Butterflies’, alongside Four Tet and Starrah, the revered DJ and producer has shared cinematic visuals for the track.

The video, which has been directed by Ben Strebel, features a group of friends dancing through the city streets at night, shadowed by “haunting and amorphously beautiful ghostlike figures”.

It’s the second music video Skrillex has released this year, following the garage-band inspired visuals for his single ‘Too Bizarre’ with Rae Sremmurd rapper and singer, Swae Lee, and experimental artist Siiickbrain. Skrillex released a third new single, ‘Supersonic (My Existence)’, earlier in June.
