SBTRKT shares video for first new single in six years, ‘Bodmin Moor’: Watch

SBTRKT has unveiled the video for his first single in six years, ‘Bodmin Moor’.

Teased via a cinematic trailer earlier in the week, the video is directed by Alex Motlhabane and Lewis Levi, aka THE REST, who have previously worked with the likes of Slowthai, Skepta and A$AP Rocky. Among those cast in the video is Chaneil Kular, billed as Hero. He is best known for portraying Anwar Bakshi in Netflix series Sex Education. Watch it below.

It doubles up as the English artist, aka Aaron Jerome’s first new work under the SBTRKT moniker since his 2016 non-album compilation of songs, ‘Save Yourself’. While it’s still unclear whether the track will be followed by an EP or full-length release, the artist’s press suggests “this is merely the beginnings of a daring new chapter for SBTRKT.”

Following the release of his self-titled debut album in 2011, Jerome went on to release ‘Wonder Where We Land’ via Young Turks in 2014.
