Premiere: Rafiki ‘The Source’

Premiere: Rafiki ‘The Source’

Rafiki will release a new EP, ‘The Source’, via Lisbon’s Welt Discos label this month. Listen to the title track below.

The Mumbai-based DJ, producer and founder of the Krunk Kulture platform – one of DJ Mag’s labels to watch in 2021 – debuts on Joe Delon’s label with four tracks that fuse influences from across the dance music spectrum, alchemising UK rave flavours like hardcore, breaks and garage with a healthy dose of melody, acid bass and classic house NRG. Elasticated synth lines and bruktastic beats snap across the release, hitting a sweet spot between dancefloor mood maintenance and vibe-shifting velocity. These tracks feel like secret weapons for a DJ’s record bag, the sort of amorphous material that will slot into any party and make an impact.

‘The Source’ will be released on 10th March. Pre-order it here
