Pacha Group are set to open a new venue in Mykonos this summer.

After the original Pacha club first opened its doors in Ibiza in 1973, and subsequently developed into a global clubbing dynasty, the group has announced its first hotel outside of Spain.

Opening on the Greek island of Mykonos from the 1st June, Destino Pacha Mykonos will combine the group’s Lío bar and restaurant with a hotel and poolside dance floor. Much like its sister resort in Ibiza, the poolside settings will feature local and international DJs and live acts.

You can find out more about the resort here.

Holding a spot in the Top 100 Clubs poll for over a decade, the home of the famous red cherries returned to the DJ Mag Top 100 Clubs poll in 2020 at No. 16.

Mykonos is home to another iconic dance club: Cavo Paradiso. To celebrate that club’s anniversary in 2018, we compiled 22 archive photos from the legendary haunt’s history, including Carl Cox, Deep Dish, Sasha, Richie Hawtin, Joe Claussell, James Holden, Tony Humphries, Bob Sinclar and John Digweed.
