Pacha Ibiza collects classic tracks on special 50th anniversary vinyl

Pacha Ibiza is celebrating its 50th anniversary with the release of a special vinyl compilation, ‘Vinilo Pacha 50 Aniversario’, which is out now.

The iconic venue, which has made a lasting impact both on the White Isle and around the world over the past five decades, has compiled 12 classic tracks that have played a part in its history. Among them are Ultra Naté’s ‘Free (Mood II Swing Mix)’ Moloko’s ‘Sing It Back (Boris Musical Mix)’, Robin S’ ‘Show Me Love’ (Stonebridge Club Mix) and Robert Miles’ ‘Children (Dream Mix)’.

Also featured on the three-LP collection is  Joe Smooth Inc. feat. Anthony Thomas’ ‘The Promised Land (Club Mix)’, Tori Amos’ ‘Professional Widow (Armand’s Star Trunk Funkin’ Mix)’ and Energy 52’s ‘Café del Mar (Three’n’One Mix)’.

The compilation has been created in collaboration with Spanish dance label Blanco y Negro.

Speaking about the release, Ángel M. Zorrilla, Multimedia Advisor at Ibiza Multimedia said: “Curating this vinyl with the team at Blanco y Negro has been a brilliant way to look back at Pacha’s five-decade journey from farmhouse to superclub. Having spent more than two of those decades in the Pacha family myself, I wanted to curate a vinyl that featured artists that I’ve seen make their name at Pacha, and sounds that represent the feelings of freedom and love that a Pacha party brings.”

‘Vinilo Pacha 50 Aniversario’ is available to buy here.
