Orbital’s 1990 classic ‘Belfast’ remixed by Yotto: Listen

Orbital have released another taster of the upcoming 30th anniversary package for their self-titled debut album, AKA ‘The Green Album’. Listen to Yotto’s remix of ‘Belfast’ below.

The Finnish producer’s main room-friendly edit of the iconic Orbital track is one of a slew of new reworks to come off ’30 Something’, out 15th July. ANNA has also lent two remixes of ‘Belfast’ to the anniversary package, one ambient version and a techno take, both out now.

Brothers Paul and Phil Hartnoll have shared reimaginings of their own tracks, too, including a new mix of ‘Where Is It Going’? featuring the late theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking and a rework of ‘Satan’. Also already available ahead of the quadruple-LP box set’s release are remixes of ‘Are We Here?’ by Dusky and Shanti Celeste. In addition to more of Orbital’s own new works, Logic1000, Octave One, John Tejada, Lone and Eli Brown, among others, contribute remixes.

Find full details on the anniversary release here, and check out Yotto’s remix of ‘Belfast’ below.
