No Bounds announces first names for 2022 festival

Sheffield festival No Bounds has revealed the first wave of artists playing its 2022 edition this October.

The event will once again take place across a number of venues in Sheffield, using Hope Works as its main hub. Blawan and Blackhaine are billed to play live sets at this year’s opening event, which will take place at Sheffield Cathedral.

The festival will also host live sets from dBridge, Deena Abdelwahed, Lyzza, The Black Dog and Grove, while there will be b2b DJ sets from SHERELLE and Kode9, and Batu and Skee Mask. The festival will also feature a showcase from Uganda’s Nyege Nyege, Off Me Nut Records and more. 

Other DJs confirmed to play include Helena Hauff, Saoirse, Tim Reaper, Tom Boogizm, India Jordan, Job Jobse, LCY, TSVI, Nia Archives and Scratchclart. 96 Back, Gracie T and Rian Treanor are among the cast of local residents also featured on the bill.

More acts will be added to the line-up in the coming months, while a series of daytime workshops, talks, panels and installations are also yet to be revealed. Check the full line-up so far below.
