New documentary on Latin electronic music released by SoundCloud: Watch

SoundCloud has shared a new documentary focusing on electronic music producers from the Latin diaspora. You can watch the four-minute documentary below.

The Latin Experimental Electronic documentary forms part of SoundCloud’s SCENES documentary series. Bianca Oblivion, Nick León, Sinego and 2DEEP are among the artists whose work is highlighted in the video.

“This episode of SCENES is about breaking boundaries and celebrating the bold experimentation Latin artists are making in electronic music,” said Andrea Ropp, US Brand Partnerships Director at SoundCloud. “These artists are shaping a genre that refuses to be boxed in, and SoundCloud is proud to be the platform amplifying their voices.”

Earlier this year, Bianca Oblivion collaborated with Machinedrum on the track ”Til Tomorrow’.

Nick León, meanwhile, linked up with Batu late last year for the four-track ‘Yiu’ EP.
