Little Simz shares surprise EP, ‘Drop 7’: Listen

Little Simz has released a surprise EP, ‘Drop 7’, via Forever Living Originals. Listen to it below. 

Spanning seven tracks, it marks the latest instalment of her ‘Drop’ series of EPs which began in 2014. The previous instalment, ‘Drop 6’, was released in 2020.

The tracks on ‘Drop 7’ find Little Simz linking up with producer Jakwob to rap over some of the most club-oriented material she’s committed to record to date. You can listen to the full EP below.

Little Simz’s last full-length album, ‘No Thank You’, was released in December 2022 and won in the Best Rap Album/Mixtape category at DJ Mag’s Best Of British Awards last year. Her album before that, ‘Sometimes I Might Be Introvert’, saw her win the Mercury Prize earlier in 2022.

Last year, the UK rapper shared an interactive music video for her single ‘Gorilla’.
