Leon Chue, master cutting engineer at London’s Music House, has died.

The legendary figure in UK music production, who specialised in drum & bass and jungle dubplates, passed away in his mid-’40s.

The son of roots reggae producer Paul Chue, and brother of UK garage legend Wookie, Chue worked at London’s Music House mastering studio for over 20 years, after joining the family business back in 1995.

Tributes have poured out across social media from artists who knew and worked alongside Chue.
