KI/KI announces new EP, ‘slash 010’, shares ‘5 Mins Of Acid’

Ki/KI has announced a new EP, ‘slash 010’. You can listen to the first track, ‘5 Mins of Acid’, below.

The full package is due to land via the Amsterdam techno DJ and producer’s own label, slash, with the release date still to be confirmed. At the time of writing Bandcamp lists the release date as 28th June. Pre-saves are already available

“I wrote this track on a flight from Melbourne to Pitch Music & Arts last year, aiming to create something that truly resonates with me and embodies my deep love for acid music. I first played a version of it at my ‘5HRS OF ACID’ event last year, and the incredible response inspired me to refine it further. This track captures everything I adore about electronic music and holds a special place in my heart.”

Although this will be the tenth release to come from slash since it launched in 2022, it’s only the second time the founder has graced the platform. DINA, Artemis, and Alpha Tracks have also contributed to the back catalogue. In addition to the forthcoming EP, KI/KI is also playing a number of festival dates in the coming months, including Sonár Barcelona, MELT! in Germany, Portugal’s NEOPOP, Draaimolen in the Netherlands and London’s Waterworks. You can find a full calendar below the track embed.
