Jamz Supernova launches second series of DIY Handbook podcast

Jamz Supernova has launched the second series of her DIY Handbook podcast.

The first episode, Self Care 101, features an interview with wellness figurehead Adrienne LDN and is all about “looking after your body & mind so you can perform at your optimum”. Listen to the podcast below.

Over the next eight weeks, the DJ Mag cover star will dive into an array of topics “that create difficult hurdles and obstacles,” weaving in anecdotes and real-life experiences from a string of talking heads. Future guests include garage head Conducta and founder of More Time records, DJ and sound engineer Sam Interface.

“In this season we get a little bit deeper and more personal as I look back on the lessons I’ve taken to build my career,” said Jamz Supernova. “Expect to hear honest conversations around the mistakes I have made in chasing my dreams and no nonsense straight to the point advice from my guests.

“This podcast is for the creative, business entrepreneur and dream chasers. If there is a lesson to learn, a block in the road or problem to solve, hopefully, you’ll find words of encouragement in one of these episodes!”

The Future Bounce boss launched the first series of her DIY Handbook podcast in 2021, with guests including Toddla T, June Sarpong and and Zubin Irani, manager of acclaimed singer-songwriter, Jorja Smith.

Jamz Supernova is spearheading the next generation of radio DJs with her residencies on BBC Radio 1Xtra and Selector Radio. Dive into our 2021 cover interview with the shining star of British radio here.
