Gorillaz announce North American tour

Gorillaz have lined up a North American tour for the autumn.

Kicking off in Vancouver on 11th September and taking in dates in San Francisco, Detroit, LA, Chicago, Boston, Miami and beyond, the group will be joined by a “varying cast of guest performers” for the 21-date arena tour.

EARTHGANG has been announced as the support act for all dates except Orlando and Miami, where Jungle are set to make an appearance.

These are the first North American live dates for the Damon Albarn-led group since 2018. See the full list of dates and pick up tickets from Friday (20th May) at 10am (local time) here.

Gorillaz recently launched a 15-piece collection of temporary tattoo designs in partnership with semi-permanent tattoo brand Inkbox. The designs feature members Murdoc, Noodle, 2-D, and Russell, as well as artwork and visuals from the early days of the band.

Last month, Albarn teamed up with Australian DJ and producer Flume for ‘Palaces’, the title track from his forthcoming album, which is out on Friday.
