Erykah Badu announces 2023 tour with Yasiin Bey

Erykah Badu is heading out on a US tour this summer with Yasiin Bey.

The R&B mainstay will be joined by the artist formerly known as Mos Def on a 25-stop tour under the banner of Unfollow Me. It’ll kick off on 11th June in San Antonio, and close on 23rd July in Badu’s hometown of Dallas. In between, Badu and Bey will perform in cities like Las Vegas, Oakland, Seattle, Denver, St. Louis, Chicago, Detroit, New York, Philadelphia, Memphis and Washington, DC. 

More “extraordinary guests”, as Badu puts it on her Instagram, are still to be announced for the tour. 

Images of Badu featured in a New York City music photography exhibition last summer. 

Yasiin Bey’s 2019 album ‘Negus‘, was released as an immersive sound installation which exclusively ran in the Brooklyn Museum from November 2019 through January 2020.
