Eric Prydz announces 20 years of Pryda anniversary tour

Eric Prydz has announced a 2025 North American tour, set to take place across the first four months of the year.

The tour is a celebration of 20 years of his Pryda project and will give fans the opportunity to hear a full retrospective of his extensive catalogue, spanning two decades of progressive house and techno. Tickets for the tour go on sale this Friday, 6th December.

The confirmed venues so far include History in Toronto, The Concourse Project in Austin, Texas, EchoStage in Washington D.C. and District in Atlanta, with more locations expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.

Prydz’s live shows have become legendary for their cutting-edge visuals and immersive concepts. His HOLO show, which debuted in 2018, set new standards in concert production by integrating holographic visuals with music. This was followed by his Holosphere concept, which further advanced the idea of creating an all-encompassing audiovisual experience. The HOLO concept was known for its large-scale holograms, while Holosphere pushed the limits of stage design with next-level technology.

Over the years, the Swedish DJ and producer has become a key figure in the development of progressive house with his Pryda project regarded as one of the genre’s most important contributions.

The tour comes off the back of a big couple of years for Prydz, which included the release of his first Pryda single in four years, ‘The Return,’ and his [CELL] show during his residency at Hï Ibiza. It has been described as a “never-before-seen immersive concept” and has captivated audiences with its intricate laser and light displays.

Prydz posted about the upcoming dates via Instagram: “Celebrating over 20 Years of Pryda, 2004-2024. A full retrospective look at my catalogue… See you all in 2025.”
