EDC Las Vegas’ 2021 edition sold out in under 24 hours.

Tickets for the Insomniac Events festival went on sale on 6th August after founder  Pasquale Rotella announced that the next edition would be held at Las Vegas Motor Speedway from 21 – 23rd May 2021. EDC Las Vegas 2020 was meant to take place in May, but due to the coronavirus pandemic was initially postponed until October. However, 2020’s edition was officially cancelled last week, as Rotella explained that “we just learned that the medical advances necessary to pull this off will not be ready in time”.

On 7th August, it was revealed that tickets for next year’s festival had already sold out. In an Instagram post, Rotella  wrote: “I’m humbled by your trust & love for EDC. My passion & your support have allowed me to create experiences & be part of a culture that I love. It’s been quite the journey through these crazy times. I can’t wait to be back out there on the dance floor with all of you.”

In place of the real deal this year, EDC hosted a virtual festival featuring David Guetta, Afrojack, Don Diablo, Nicole Moudaber, TOKiMONSTA and many more.

All tickets for EDC Las Vegas 2020 will be valid for next year’s festival. Ticketholders seeking refunds have been told to follow this link.
